About PEBDesk

PEBDesk is a free, open source web application that IT departments can easily deploy to manage their IT assets and trouble tickets. Unlike many similar projects, PEBDesk integrates it's trouble tickets with your assets, so troubleshooting is easier, faster, and more efficient.

Installing PEBDesk is as easy as installing WordPress: just copy the files to a webserver running PHP and a MySQL database (with support for more databases in version 1.0), point a web browser to the URL of the server, and run the installer. No manual configuration is required.

Licensing

At this time, we are still determining the best license for PEBDesk. In consideration is the GNU General Public License, the Mozilla Public License, and a few other OSI-approved licenses.
